1.Efficient liquid and sand removal equipment

       The high-efficiency drainage and sand removal equipment developed by the company is a patented product of the company. Solved the problems caused by blockage flow in natural gas and shale gas extraction sites, changes in gas flow rate, and high sand content blockage, while obtaining higher quality natural gas. Due to the integrated integration of equipment, the process is greatly simplified, which not only reduces the footprint of the pry block, but also reduces investment and maintenance costs. The following figure shows the process flow and internal structure of the equipment.

2.Low temperature separation equipment

 Natural gas undergoes low-temperature dehydration and dehydrogenation, using throttling cooling and then low-temperature separation to remove liquids from natural gas and reduce its dew point. The following figure shows the SMS low-temperature separator, which is mainly composed of various internal components, including inlet blade diversion device, wire mesh aggregation internal components, and axial gas-liquid cyclone tube internal components. Moisture enters through the inlet diversion device and is evenly distributed, initially separated, while also capturing slug flow; The gas flows uniformly upwards and is agglomerated through a wire mesh (some droplets are also intercepted), causing the liquid to become larger. It then passes through the top cyclone dehydration component for thorough separation, and the dry gas is discharged from the top.

3.Supersonic separation equipment

       The supersonic separation equipment is mainly composed of a vortex generator and a lava supersonic nozzle. The temperature of the generated supersonic flow is reduced, which is conducive to the precipitation of more liquid. Then, the vortex generated by the vortex generator throws the liquid droplets onto the wall and separates them, resulting in a lower dew point and better quality of the obtained gas.

4.Wellhead sand remover

       Wellhead cyclone sand remover is used for high-pressure natural gas, coalbed methane, and shale gas well mouths to preliminarily separate sand particles in natural gas, with an accuracy of up to a minimum of 50 μ m sand particles. After separation, the sand particles enter the lower sand tank, while natural gas and liquid enter downstream equipment together. Protect downstream equipment from normal operation, prevent wear and blockage.
